so when we were in a much worse situation last year, this wasn't in effect, but it is simply because another similar summer is EXPECTED? :roll:

Saw first violation out my back window about 15 minutes ago. People sprinkling their backyard in the afternoon. I guess not everyone knows about it yet.

Yes, I noticed a few as well today. Please remind your neighbors to check here or the HOA site for details. I'm sure we'll include a notice in the next water bill.

hehehe...how does this help? will people water twice a week about 2 times as much per day as they did when the watered 4 times a week? :lol:

Stage 2 Watering Restrictions will be lifted this Friday, however the FWSD still encourages watering no more than twice a week and refraining from watering between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
