On Monday February 8, 2010 residents in the 6000 block of Hawk Rd., Double Oak, TX reported that their house had been burglarized.
Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. an unknown suspect or suspects forced entry through a window and exited through the front door. Items taken from the residence include a pink Dell Inspirion Laptop Computer; a 42" Toshiba LCD Television; a Sony Blu-Ray player; an exercise cycle and assorted jewelry.
Persons with information regarding this offense, or other burglaries that have occurred in Double Oak, are asked to contact Lt. Ruben Rivas at 972-355-5995.
If you observe suspicious behavior please dial 911 (we are not always by the office phone) with a description of the suspect, what they were wearing and if possible what they were driving. If you have time please consider taking a cell phone photo of the vehicle license plate.
