Early May Cooldown Expected

Changes to the weather pattern are in store. A cold front will move through on Monday and bring an end to the unseasonably warm temperatures. There will be a chance of rain behind the front Monday Night through Tuesday Night. Dry and pleasant weather is expected Wednesday and Thursday before an upper level low brings another chance of rain to the area by Friday. www.srh.noaa.gov/fwd

Thanks for that interpretation. I wouldn't have understood that message from the identical text on the map itself. (Sorry, I couldn't help myself  )

I finally got a little rain last night... but only .05 inches... hopefully more today!

Not to mention a nice break from our Houston-like weather.

It does feel good. But ya, that "rain" last night, early morning was a let down.
