Since you ain't going anywhere, sorry 'bout that, it will be fun to have your "banter" around for a while.

I never said any land owner gave anything away. They could have kept it like it was. Instead whiny babies moved in and complained because there wasn't a Starbucks close enough and all that open grass land makes them sneeze and they don't like that land owners aren't asking their/your permission before they do anything.

Now I'm not happy with Hilliard. You ended up on buying a speck of what was his land I presume. What the hell was he thinking. :D

Buy the way, I've yet to see evidence that houses aren't selling in FM right now. Actually, I have evidence of houses selling within days, and even 2 I know of that sold within hours.

That's the suit regarding the property near Lake Grapevine.

First time, long time.
Powell site is certainly not Hilliard. Although it may raise the hairs on the back of necks in FM, just the same. Drill it, it goes away, then nobody cares.

I feel property rights are the most important aspect of owning property. My house backs up to lovely pasture, that I do not own, nor can afford to buy. One day the owner or their heirs will sell it and it won't be the view it is today. But certainly not my right to tell them what to do with it. It certainly is not the town's job to buy it, and provide me with a vista. I have no mineral rights, nor care. I don't even notice, as I drive by, anything is on the Hilliard property. Looks like "much ado about nothing".

So if your neighbor decided to put an artillery range in his pasture, you'd shrug and buy some earplugs? What could go wrong on an artillery range?
