I bought a few things from Calloways the other day (bigger stuff) and was happy, until I remembered Schmidt's. I stopped by today as I'm still buying and planting, but even bigger, and was blown away with what they had. From annual color to 20' trees.
Not related except to say, don't forget about those that are always there. Although now I may check out "Lisa's" for smaller, seasonal and perennial stuff once I get some more progress with the big stuff. I'm glad to hear it's someone local, not some dude from Syracuse that came in to set up 364 roadside shops staffed with 11 years old's from the "inner city" that couldn't cut the magazine biz.
