What a bunch of Texas "Rush L/Women are Sluts" proponents. Ugh

Don't change the subject. I will not allow you to follow the path of the main strream media. This issue has nothing to do with a loud mouth radio personality.

You claim to be a medical professional.

If that is the case, please describe, in minute detail what takes place in each of the various types of abortions.

Go ahead. If you really believe that what you are pushing is right and correct, then you should have no problem describing it clearly for the public at large.

Go ahead. Describe, in detail, what happens in each of the procedures.

Do it.

Tell us. Be honest. Stop hiding behind your mindless appeals to protecting your body, etc. Please, no one has cared about your body since the George Bush administration (and I mean the George H. W. Bush Admin) so please just stop all the obfuscation, and tell us what goes on in the various types of abortions. No one cares about your dried up old body that is well past its prime. No one is interested in a ride with you save your pinto or paint or palomino or whatever the heck you are riding these days.

You are the expert, right? Tell, us in detail what takes place. We are counting on the educated, knowledgeable nurse to fill us in. If you are so proud of your feminist agenda, then by all means, fill us in!!!!

I do not work in an AB clinic, I worked in a NICU for many years and am now a "media elite." As I recall, a first trimester AB is a D & C. Second trimester, the same. A tragic third trimester is only performed when the life of the mother is weighed w/ the baby. I have seen both cases. Horrible to see a mother with ravishing CA wheeled to see the baby she delivered, then die a week or so later. For the mom to abort the third trimester is horrific. Some of these cases may involve a single parent mother who has been abandoned by the father and does not want her children to be split in foster homes and w/out a mother or father.

As a side note, enjoy the government "probing" and lubricating your vagina and a slow intimate closeness with the doc. Can't help but wonder what women's partners feel about this?

Baby??? What??? You think it's a baby now? I thought it was just part of the mother on "my body".

Wow. I guess there is hope for you yet! :D

I *love* the Rick Perry reference! :)

I could understand why the DMN used to run Doonesbury on their editorial page, which they did, if memory serves me, from the time that Clinton was in office until the GWB presidency and the Iraq war - then for some reason they reverted to considering it a 'comic" and not "political comment".

Al, I have written and written about my opinion of 3rd TM AB's. You are finally getting it??

And frankly I could care less if you think there is hope for me or not.

I don't recall you "writing and writing" about your opinion on 3rd TM AB's... but I am interested to know if you think a "sack of cells" and "part of the mothers body" suddenly becomes a baby when it enters the 3rd TM?

Yeah, I didn't think so... but I'll still hold out hope for you (and all 'pro-abortioners'). Thinking that 3rd TM abortions are wrong is a good start. :)

While those comics have an element of humor, it's unfortunate that they turn a serious issue into a joke and a callous disregard for life.

I recently saw a bumper sticker:

"If it's not a baby, you're not pregnant!"

It is satire. Scathing political satire. It sure as heck isn't a joke. Not for you and not for those who oppose your point of view.
