That's interesting.

Yea, interesting since it smells like a Glade Plug-in compared to the Exxon Feed Station and Bartonville Dust Store down the street.

I haven't been in there with fewer than 2 other customers at any time. I've been there about 5-6 times. Business is picking up.

I went there this morning. I usually notice "ash tray" smells and it smelled fine to me.

Sorry, didn't check the slurpee machine... but you can get two glazed donuts for $1 (I passed on the deal though it was tempting). :D

Or two taquitos for $2.22 (they were "acceptable" or just "ok") or a sausage biscuit for $1 (which I thought was good but not as good as McDonald's).

I stopped by there last night after dinner at Palmero's. I didn't notice any smell at all. Actually, it's very bright and white and seemed clean and sterile. I looked for a sign that we needed to scrub down to come in. :D

We didn't get any but the Slurpee machine was working away making a family happy.

It was 6:30 to 7, right before the rangers game and it was steady business. Not packed, but there were people in as we went in, more coming in at the same time and others coming in as we left.

I bet they'll do very well as long as they keep it clean; something a lot of convenience stores, busy or not, don't do.

Heard tonight that the 7-11 in BTC will soon be getting a Redbox. Can life get any better?

That'll probably bring in more traffic... though I've never used a Redbox if you can believe it. Still Netflix for me. I assume their selection is quite limited compared to Netflix... and what about Blu-ray? Do they carry mostly Blu-ray titles? How many people here use Redbox?

I think if they decided to put a redbox in it would do well; wish they would.
