How long is this fracking nonsense supposed to last? I could've sworn I bought a house in a suburb of Dallas, not on an offshore drilling platform.

You've fallen off the wagon haven't you? What the heck are you talking about. (notice there is no ? ) :D

I think I'd rather see a drill site then another housing development, church, and or shopping "plaza"....

Thank you Mr. Hillard

roadkill you're a piece of work. You let off a rant about Hilliard (who has no control over anything happening with the well) and it didn't make sense and it you sounded surprised or shocked about whatever it was.

I get it now, and while I can't imagine with all the drama over it there isn't a person in North Texas that isn't aware, I haven't been by there to see the activity. Ya, they're fracing but if they forgot to check with you first, gosh, go call them names and stomp your feet, and bring your BFF Sandy Bake. Maybe you can write a stern letter as well! :D I assume you live near there then? Or maybe you're just annoyed because something is happening that you don't like. Your world must me a painful place to live. :D

One well? fraccing shouldn't take more than 3 or 4 days. Panties in a wad? Buy some more and throw away the ones you have soiled. With new ones you should be A-okay. (although it sounds like you may need some adult diapers.)

Good. Hopefully it's a dry well and Hilliard's dollar sign eyes turn to tears.

Except that it's on his property, and he invited the drillers in. Other than that, he's an innocent bystander.

You mean he exercised his rights as a land owner. It's a foreign concept to a lot of folks.....most of whom owe thanks to people like Hilliard who allowed their land to be used for our houses and the over building of shopping centers. Actually, maybe you're right and they are the problem, for allowing too much of their land to be developed making way too many people to move in and think they're owed something special.

So I thought you were moving on, out of this hell hole?

Won't be a dry hole and Hilliard will make several thousands dollars a month, unlike the 1/4 acre owners who might make $50/ month. Usually only 1 Jed Clampett per unit. One well so far. with rule 37 exceptions, 10 or 15 more to go. You gotta love it. Hilliard will make a killing and keep his land.

LMAO! So Hilliard donated his land to make these subdivisions? Not bloody likely.

I'd love to move. Unfortunately some hillbilly a-hole decided to do gas drilling next door.

Several thousand dollars? I thought he was supposed to make millions? Nice to know a-hole Ron sold his neighbors down the river for so little. How "Christian" of him.

He's called a Texan, not a Hillbilly. I believe hillbilly's live in Tennessee or Kentucky. Where do you hail from Roadkill? Mexico, or North of the Mason-Dixon line? I guess you got yer hillbilly's and Citybelly's. Hitch up yer skirt, RK, Hilliard isn't finished with you, yet.
