Copper Canyon - Will Charlie please identify himself?

I hope I am not the only one confused by Mayor Tejml’s recommendation of Charlie “Williams” for Place 4, City Council for Copper Canyon in the May issue of The Cross Timbers Gazette. All this time I thought the guy’s name was “Charlie Nicholas”. After much thought, I came to the following possibilities:
(1) Williams is an alias. As Charlie Nicholas has a reputation of running afoul of the law, this might be a reasonable explanation.
(2) Charlie’s last name might a hyphenated name. His name might be Charlie Williams-Nicholas.
(3) The mayor, realizing that someone might check Charlie’s background prior to voting for him, decided to confuse everyone by calling him “Charlie Williams”. I have to admit, it has me confused.
(4) The mayor has an invisible friend named “Charlie Williams”
(5) The mayor’s age is getting the best of her.
Seems the only place he's being active on his own behalf is in stealing other candidate's signs.

It doesn't matter what I think or what you think. What matters is what law enforcement and the courts think.

Of course some of us are more familiar with being arrested than others.

I wonder what her Highness thinks?

I wonder what papers outside our area would think?

What would national news organizations would think?

This could get interesting.
