Same as the westbound 407 to southbound 2499. I think it's better now, but there for a while the light cycle was 3 cars max., and with the way people pay attention, the 2nd and 3rd don't always make it through. I think it's up to 4 cars per cycle now.
I also wonder what people think their horns are for. How many times do you sit in traffic and watch 4-5 cars ahead, the lead car sit through all or part of a green light because they're doing somehting else, and the car or 2 behind them don't tap their horn to get their attention.
I could write a book on stupid things people do in traffic around here, like turn only lane means you have to turn. If you were texting or reading a book and didn't get in the lane you need to be in, turn as you should, THEN, correct your mistake. The 27 cars behind you don't need to be stopped and inconvenienced and almost hit because you aren't paying attention.
