Burgess on incandescent lightbulbs

I don't recall seeing an article of the US Constitution that empowers the Solons in Washington with the authority to regulate what sort of light bulb I am at liberty to buy.

But who cares about that musty old Document - I mean, if it is a "good idea," who cares if the Feds overstep their authority. Right?

But then again, if the US government has no limits, then it can do whatever it reckons is appropriate.

I am sure this will all end very well and we will reside in a centrally planned, centrally controlled Nirvana.

Heaven on Earth!

If the Supreme Court throws out Obama Care in June, I wonder if the ruling will cause the government to have to adjust some of its other "Big Brother" plans?

Burgess Hosts June 14 Town Hall in Flower Mound
