Personally, I am glad to see he is human!!!

Whatever happened, I am glad that he is okay.

After reading the article, it happened at 2:00am, there was no alcohol involved, he came out of the driveway fast enough to run over a fire hydrant and then slammed into the neighbor's tree, and was rescued almost immediately, unconcious and bleeding, by his frantic wife; I believed this accident must have been immediately preceded by a pretty hot argument between papa bear and mama bear.

Rumpr has it the injuries were from the wife and not from the accident. If the rumors are true, he deserves everything he gets coming to him.

I think his wife bashed his face in with a club, chased him out of the house and broke the back window as he drove away. He was knocked silly and lost control after a few seconds...guessing she found out about some affair with that gal in NY...will that ever come out as truth? Dunno, but that's the story/rumor that seems fairly valid :D

Sorry skiing1974, but refusing to speak with law enforcement is an enormous red flag. I don't think it is any of our business, but I do think that the police should be permitted to do their jobs. If there is any substance to the rumors about domestic violence or possible drug use (prescription or otherwise), remember that there are two small children in the home and they deserve to live in a safe environment.

Mrs T, see my posts above. Never did I mentuion him not wanting to speak to law enforcement as a way to go. I was saying the same as his statement, to the media, leave me the hell alone. Your certainly sad reference to kids and all is valid, but good grief, one can continue your story further down the road, but why until facts are known?

In a bizarre twist, sports marketing experts say Tiger Woods’ recent days in the spotlight could actually wind up helping his already platinum-plated career.

For starters, his die-hard fans don’t care what he does off the golf course, they said.

“People who love Tiger love him for the quality of his play, his enthusiasm and his demeanor,” said Andrew Zimbalist, a sports economist at Smith College. “Only a few of his fans feel like he’s supposed to be perfect.”

thank you Lindy.
I think the only thing wrong is that he is the most famous athlete in the world and this scandal happy media is all over it for known reason ($$$). I love how tonight Florida highway patrol denied reports by TMZ that they are looking at search warrant for the medical records. Must be a slow time for real news when all other media outlets start quoting TMZ. Time to bomb another country to create real news (sarcasm alert).
