Metlife showed depreciation in our settlement, yet sent the check for the full amount. It is interesting how different insurance companies do things differently. Some insurance companies get the mortgage company involved too, where they hold the money and pay the contractor.

Hard to believe but today marks the one year anniversary of the destructive hail storm that hit the early morning of 6/21/11.
