At least they're not outsourcing. I was picturing a video monitor & camera on a stand of a Chinese or Indian guy greeting you as you walked in.

It sounds like a good idea to try... to make the employees more helpful.

Oh well. Our kiddos love Mr.Mack at HV WM. Don't care either way, as long as they don't lose jobs.
