Volunteers Need to Serve on a Board or Commission

The Town of Bartonville is asking for your assistance and time to serve on one of the handful of boards and commissions whose purpose is to guide and advise elected officials. Board and commission members are made up of residents volunteering their time, experience and knowledge. Please take a moment to review the application which includes a summary of the various boards/commissions as well as the time commitment involved. Most appointments are for a period of two years. Please be prepared to attend at least 75% of the meetings prior to submitting your application. This year there are 15 spots available. To date, the Town has only received six applications. All applications must be returned no later than Friday, June 15th and interviews will be conducted in July.
