There is a lot of weirdness here. She did not participate in the actual killing, she went to the scene afterwards and supplied the gasoline and a shovel (to bury the victim, I suppose) so at best she is an after-the-fact accomplice. So I don't think she deserves the death penalty.
For some strange reason the prosecution did NOT ask for the death penalty for the two perpetrators, although why, I don't know for the life of me, perhaps a plea agreement? The two killers, for sure would make this earth a better place if they were not on it and our taxpayer dollars would not have to pay for their support and future healthcare indefinitely.
