Anyone know recipes from Thai Tango?

I would love if I could find someone who knows the recipe from the old Thai Tango for their Jalapeno Fried Rice. I have tried to figure it out, and I am obviously missing something. I think they relocated to Thai Tina's in Fort Worth, but that is not all that convenient to go there, so I would LOVE to be able to make it at home. I am keeping my fingers thoroughly crossed!
