Is it safe to eat cookies already baked at 350? Wouldn't 350 for 10 Mins kill possible e Coli?

eh but getting the cookies on to a sheet means handling raw cookie dough which is then spread by your hands touching taps, baking sheets, anything else you pick up. To be honest ecoli isn't going to make a healthy middle aged adult (in general, there is always an exception and complications) that sick in the quantaties they are talking about but old people and kiddies...

Why not bake from scratch? It is easy and safe.

Oh I do, always :) I was just giving reasons why the baking wasn't enough. I don't think I have touched cookie dough since I was about 4 years old when I watched my grandfather (a chef) throw it in the trash and tell me to never touch that nasty stuff again.

Right now tho my house smells of blueberry loaf cake as it is about 15 mins away from being ready to come out of the oven :D
