A couple of weeks ago we stopped by the Standard Pacific model and then toured the spec homes on Blanco. We talked with the sales agent for awhile, and during our discussion the matter of new home burglaries came up. She told us they won't install the appliances until the house is sold and closing is scheduled. It's really a shame these burglaries continue to happen. Do the builders now have to wait until the house is occupied by the new owners before installing appliances?

Sad... another reminder to lock your cars and turn some lights on... and pretty close to me too.

But wow... that must be a special c330 to be valued at $300! You can get a used one for about $40 on eBay. :D

If I had to value my Garmin, it would be much higher than the retail cost. With addresses for all my customers, favorite hotels, restaurants and friends accross the country, I would be truly lost without it. But I imagine my insurance comapny may disagree with my valuation, haha.

No kidding. I think every one of these involves admitted unlocked cars and/or open garages. How easy are people making it for the kids that are stealing that stuff so easily? So ya, I'm making the assumption that it's kids since it's easy marks/sitting ducks.
