Lantana Police Calls

Postby admin » Tue Sep 21, 2010 7:55 pm

"At 10:45/11:00 am this morning [Tue, 9/21], I had my purse stolen from my vehicle while attending Tennis Drills at our Tennis Courts! Unbelievable!

In a matter of an a few hours, they had shopped their way through Highland Village and spent over $1k. I have filed a Police Report and I am working with the merchants in regards to the surveillance video.

What a shame this happened right in our own backyard!"

It's certainly not the first time, just going by what's reported here. And let me guess, the car was unlocked?

Kind of hard to feel sorry for someone a) owning a Hummer, b) not even having the sense to lock it.
I finally found an avatar that works!

And add c) leaving something of value visible and/or easily accessible.

B and C are important, A is silly. :D

It could be part of a theft that was or will be reported. Otherwise, maybe it was the bad band trying to set up and angry mobs with good musical taste chased them off. :D
