The town of Bartonville’s Planning & Zoning Commission and Town Council will consider an application from Tractor Supply Company to build a new store in Bartonville.
Tractor Supply, a nationwide retailer, is proposing a 19,000-square-foot enclosed building with a 17,500-square-foot outdoor display in the northwest corner of Hilltop and FM 407, according to a Bartonville Planning & Zoning Commission meeting agenda and Mayor Bill Scherer.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will review the request during a regular P&Z meeting that will start at 7 p.m. on Nov. 7 at Town Hall, 1941 East Jeter Road. Bartonville Town Council will consider the request at its meeting that will start at 7 p.m. on Nov. 14, according to Scherer.
