Music City Mall Lewisville is celebrating its grand re-opening and the culmination of a months-long effort to rejuvenate the mall including new retailers and activities for kids.
The free event will kick off with live music and free activities for kids and families starting at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 15th at Music City Mall Lewisville.
Activities include: Magic show, live music, face painting, jugglers, petting zoo, trackless train, carnival tent games and giveaways.
Olivia Rodrigo from Disney’s “Bizaardvark” and Kevin Quinn from Disney’s “Bunk’d” will share a special musical performance at 6:30 p.m.
The grand opening is a culmination of months of effort by new mall management to invest in the former Vista Ridge Mall as an entertainment and shopping destination for families across the region.
“We invite kids, teens and adults to come and enjoy a great lineup of activities and a free meet and greet with two of Disney Channel’s most popular stars,” said General Manager Natalie Boyer. “If you haven’t been out here in a few months, come by and see what we are doing here. We have exciting things going on – including a new, nationally-recognized clothing brand moving in.”
Citi Trends clothing store will open on the upper level this fall. The nationally-recognized brand is headquartered in Georgia and brings hip, urban trends at affordable prices.
Hall of Horrors Haunted House will also open its doors inside the mall on the day of the grand opening.
Music City Mall Lewisville is located at 2401 S. Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville near I-35E and FM 3040.
