Luxury apartments open in River Walk

The Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce recently held a joint ribbon-cutting on July 24 for the 225-unit multifamily Hillstone River Walk development, which is anticipated to be completed this month.

“The Flower Mound Chamber is thrilled and honored to join Leon Capital to celebrate the grand opening of Hillstone River Walk,” said Lori Walker, president, Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce.

Hillstone River Walk offers spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and townhomes in a prime location, with immediate access to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound and FM 2499.

The interior design-features luxury finishes including wood flooring, designer carpeting and expansive nine-foot ceilings, along with chef’s kitchens featuring granite countertops, modern backsplashes and stainless-steel appliances. The private patios and balconies offer views of green space, the expansive River Walk and public art.

“Hillstone River Walk offers a high-end housing option with access to the great amenities that the River Walk development offers,” said David Cocanougher, president for multifamily residential housing for the Leon Capital Group, a Dallas-based investment company with a focus on real estate.

Hillstone River Walk amenities include a fitness center with a yoga studio, swimming pool, game room with billiards, rooftop lounge, a kids’ play area, a pet park, outdoor barbecue area and open landscaped grounds.

The clubhouse has a business center, coffee bar and media center available to residents. A social calendar with weekly activities will be provided by Sparrow Partners, a Texas-based multifamily management company.
