Bartonville-based Trestle Partners announced the sale of Argyle Business Center, an over 50,000-square-foot flex industrial property, to an undisclosed buyer.
The property, located off of Hwy 377 at 2126 Hamilton Dr., is one of the only flex industrial/retail centers in this affluent area of Denton County, according to a press release from Trestle Partners. The transaction took just 18 days from contract to closing.
Trestle Partners managing broker Ryan Davenport had been overseeing the lease up and management of the property for the last seven years and is currently maintaining a strong occupancy rate of 100-percent.
Trestle Partners has been retained by the buyer to oversee the transition to new ownership and continue the property management.
