Sears in Flower Mound receives honor

The Sears Home Appliance Showroom of Flower Mound has been named a 2016 “Sears Home Appliance Showroom Premier Store” for consistently offering the highest level of customer service, as well as outstanding store performance and quality standards.

Located at 5810 Long Prairie Road (FM 2499 & Dixon), the Flower Mound store was one of only eleven locations throughout the United States to receive this national recognition this past quarter.

Through a price-match policy, Sears Home Appliance Showrooms guarantee the lowest price on the top appliance brands. Each location is equipped with an internet kiosk where customers are guided by sales staff to view similar products, price match with other retailers, and order products not available in the store.

In addition, the Flower Mound location offers installation and repair services from trained technicians.
