Flower Mound Police Blotter

The following was compiled from Flower Mound Police Department incident and arrest reports:

On Nov. 4, the Target store at 5959 Long Prairie Rd. reported the theft of multiple items worth approximately $30 at 2:25 p.m. A subject was identified and the items were recovered.

Later that day, at 7:30 p.m., the Academy Sports store at 3621 Justin Rd. reported the theft and recovery of clothing items. A juvenile was identified.

On Nov. 5 at 6:50 a.m., the theft of service worth $6,587 in cash was reported in the 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Ln. A suspect was identified.

On Nov. 6 at 9:30 p.m., the theft of jewelry worth $5,300 was reported from a residence in the 3900 block of Kirkpatrick Ln.

A forgery and counterfeiting report worth $2,020 was reported in the 4100 block of Cross Timbers Rd. on Nov. 6 at 8:20 p.m. Two suspects were identified.

An estate sales business reported the theft of $747 in cash from a home in the 3800 block of Sunnyview Ln. on Nov. 7 at 4:50 p.m.

A suspect in the theft of two 12-packs of beer from the Kroger store at 1101 Flower Mound Rd. was identified by five witnesses on Nov. 7 at 11:30 p.m.

On Nov. 11 at 11:40 a.m., a woman reported the burglary of her car from a parking lot in the 1200 block of Garden Ridge.

Vandalism of a residence totaling $500 was reported on Nov. 11 at 10:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Skelton St.

In the early hours of Nov. 12, the Empress of China restaurant at 1913 Justin Rd. was burglarized. Two windows valued at $1,000 were broken and $682 in cash was stolen. Then, on Nov. 14, the restaurant was again burglarized with $690 in cash stolen.

An office in the Lakeside development was the site of a theft on Nov. 12 at 1 p.m. A wallet was stolen with cash and cards.

On Nov. 18, an overnight burglary of an office in the 1000 block of Surrey Ln. was reported. Electronics totaling $10,000 were stolen.
