The Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce recognized the School of the Month and Student of the Month at its monthly meeting Tuesday at 9 Social in Highland Village.
Donald Elementary School in Flower Mound was named the School of the Month. The School of the Month Program is sponsored by the Denton Area Teachers Credit Union (DATCU).
McKamy Middle School eighth grader Jason Street was named the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce/Northstar Bank of Texas Student of the Month.
