Flower Mound 40, L.D. Bell 7
The Jaguars evened their season record at 3-3 and improved to 2-1 in district with a victory over L.D. Bell on Friday night.

Jackson Averitt passed for 64 yards and three touchdowns for the Jaguars to lead the team to victory.

Argyle 64, Decatur 35
Argyle remains unbeaten this season with a 29-point victory over district rival Decatur on Friday night.

Quarterback Dane Ledford returned from an injury this week and appeared to be back to his old form, passing for 289 yards and four touchdowns for the Eagles.

Guyer 42, McKinney 7
The Wildcats cruised against McKinney on Friday night thanks to a strong running attack.

Luke Stillwell, Myron Mason and Noah Cain combined for 416 rushing yards and six touchdowns in the game.

Marcus 37, Hebron 33
Marcus receiver Blake Covin caught caught a 39-yard pass from Michael Henry with 55 seconds left in the fourth quarter to take the lead against Hebron on Friday night, and held on for the victory.

Duncan Berger had 103 yards receiving and a touchdown in the game for the Marauders.

Parish Episcopal 55, Liberty Christian 34
Liberty Christian moved to 1-1 in district competition on Friday night with a loss to Parish Episcopal, in spite of three strong performances offensively.

Quarterback Jon Copeland passed for 303 yards and four touchdowns for the Warriors, while running back Andre Washington rushed for 143 yards and receiver Cole Croce had 117 yards receiving and three touchdowns in the loss.
