Realty Capital Management, LLC, developer of Lakeside DFW, announced Monday the addition of Starbucks and Giant Bicycles to The Shops at Lakeside located at FM 2499 and Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound.
“We are thrilled to have national brands such as Starbucks and Giant coming to Lakeside,” said Jimmy Archie, developer of Lakeside DFW.
“These businesses are a perfect fit for the residents of Lakeside and the surrounding area. The Starbucks will have a drive-thru right off 2499 which will be an easy stop for commuters as they head to work in the mornings, and Giant Bicycle Store is a great addition for the biking enthusiasts that ride the Northshore Trail adjacent to Lakeside.”
While Giant branded bicycles are sold in bike shops all across Dallas/Fort Worth, this will be Giant’s first brand store in North Texas. Giant is the leading performance bike manufacturer in the world and has other Giant brand stores located in the Denver, London, Scottsdale, Paris, Boston, Melbourne and Santa Monica markets.
In addition to these two new tenants, The Shops at Lakeside will welcome Urban Vybe, a membership-based yoga, cycling and training studio, Bloom-A-Round flowers, gifts and home décor and two women’s boutiques, Hello Daffodil and Briesly’s Boutique in early 2016.
Phase I of The Shops at Lakeside is 80-percent leased and Phase II will begin construction in the Spring of 2016.
