Those trees were removed as part of a new strip center by Dallas-based Victory Real Estate Group. The 7-acre tract will become home to two pad sites and 37,600 square feet of retail space.
Half of the center will be pre-leased by the time construction is complete. Victory expects that to be in the near future.
This location was the only remaining undeveloped corner and will have the only street facing retail on all four corners in Flower Mound, according to the website bxtx.com.
