The A-train will be back in service for the rest of this week following a brief partial suspension of services due to recent flooding.

As of Tuesday, the DCTA will operate its standard A-train service between the Downtown Denton Transit Center and Old Town Station in Lewisville. A bus bridge will remain in effect for service from Old Town Station, and the Hebron Station to Trinity Mills Station in Carrollton.

DCTA is providing more buses operating the bridge to make sure that regular A-train schedule time are met to the best of its ability.

This plan will begin Tuesday and run through June 6. DCTA is awaiting recession of water levels so it can determine the status of the A-train rail line south of Old Town Station.

You can sign up for Rider Alerts to keep up with the details on DCTA services. Flooding and high water levels are also affecting other roads.
