Flower Mound Police Calls – January 2015

1-07 – Arrest – 5800 block of Long Prairie Road – A 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with charges for possession of a controlled substance more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams; theft more than $50 and less than $500, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces

1-08 – Arrest – 1100 block of Lexington Avenue – A 31-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of assault causes bodily injury/family violence.

1-09 – Arrest – 2200 block of Timberglen Drive – A 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with a warrant for burglary of a building out of the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office.

1-09 – Arrest – 3500 block of Piney Point Drive – A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with charges of assault causes bodily injury/family violence and interference with an emergency call.

1-09 – Burglary of Vehicle – Canyon Falls Drive at Cross Timbers Road – An estimated $1,480 worth of tools and other items were reported taken from a trailer at a construction site.

1-10 – Arrest – 3500 block of Morriss Road – A 46-year-old woman was arrested in connection with charges of possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams, driving while intoxicated with an open container, and resisting arrest search or transport.

1-10 – Burglary of Vehicle – 4400 block of Long Prairie Road – A woman reported a purse and several credit cards were taken from her vehicle in a parking lot.

1-11 – Theft over $50 and under $500 – 700 block of Cross Timbers Road – A known suspect was reported to have taken an estimated $432.01 in cash from a restaurant.

1-11 – Theft over $1,500 and under $20,000 – 2900 block of Native Oak Drive – A known suspect was reported to have taken jewelry valued at an estimated $1,500 from a residence.

1-11 – Arrest – 3100 block of Skillern Road – An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana less than or equal to 2 ounces in a drug free zone.

1-12 – Theft over $50 and under $500 – 2200 block of Justin Road – An individual reported someone taking a cell phone valued at an estimated $100 from a restaurant.

1-13 – Criminal Mischief over $50 and under $500 – 3500 block of Diamond Point Drive – A resident reported someone damaged equipment in her vehicle.

1-14 – Criminal Mischief over $20,000 and under $100,000 – 1400 block of Meandering Creek Path – A home builder reported to police that a house had been vandalized.

1-14 – Arrest – 6100 block of Long Prairie Road – An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with charges of possession/manufacturing/distribution of an instrument to commit retail theft and engaging in organized criminal activity.

1-14 – Arrest – 6100 block of Long Prairie Road – A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity.

1-14 – Arrest – 6100 block of Long Prairie Road – A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with charges including engaging in organized criminal activity and on a warrant for bond forfeiture out of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office

1-15 – Theft over $50 and under $500 – 3600 block of Justin Road – An individual reported the theft of clothing and a crossbow valued at a total of about $340 from a department store.

1-15 – Arrest – 2000 block of Cross Timbers Road – A 41-year-old woman was arrested in connection with charges of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

1-16 – Arrest – 2600 block of Flower Mound Road – Two 30-year-old men were arrested in connection with charges of fraudulent use/possession of identity information.

1-16 – Theft of Property over $500 and under $1,500 – 2700 block of Lakemont Drive – A homeowner reported someone took several items valued at an estimated $697.

1-17 – Burglary of Habitation – 3700 block of Everton Drive – A resident reported someone took an estimated $6,000 worth of purses, jewelry and cash from a home and caused an estimated $3,800 in damages to a window, cabinet and desk.

1-17 – Arrest – 3000 block of U.S. Hwy. 114 – A 50-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with charges of evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, possession of a dangerous drug and driving while intoxicated.

1-17 – Burglary of Habitation – 3000 block of Clearpoint Drive – An individual reported someone took an estimated $4,820 worth of items from the house, causing an estimated $500 in damages to the door.

1-19 – Burglary of Building – 1600 block of Justin Road – An individual reported someone took radios, cash and other items valued at an estimated $3,650 from a specialty store and causing an estimated $500 in damages.

1-19 – Theft of Service over $20 and under $500 – 5800 block of Long Prairie Road – An employee reported a known suspect left a nail salon without paying for a service.

1-20 – Criminal Mischief over $50 and under $500 – 3300 block of Devonshire Court – A resident reported someone cause damage to a vehicle at the residence.

1-20 – Burglary of Vehicle – 600 block of Forest Vista Drive – An individual reported someone took property valued at an estimated $100 from their vehicle while it was parked at a business.

1-20 – Burglary of Habitation – 2800 block of Oxford Lane – An individual reported a known individual took paper from their residence.

1-21 – Arrest – 1700 block of Ingleside Drive – A 21-year-old woman was arrested in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and three charges of fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.

1-21 – Burglary of Building – 3500 block of Long Prairie Road – An estimated $3,900 worth of items were reported missing from a specialty shop by a known suspect.

1-21 – Theft over $1,500 and under $20,000 – 3500 block of Long Prairie Road – A known suspect was reported to have taken an estimated $2,805 worth of items from a business.

1-21 – Theft of Property over $500 and under $1,500 – 5200 block of Alexander Drive – A homeowner reported someone took a cell phone and other items valued at an estimated $811.79 from their residence.

1-21 – Arrest – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with warrants for theft of property over $500 and under $1,500 and failure to appear.

1-22 – Arrest – 5300 block of Gregory Drive – A 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with warrants out of Flower Mound for aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual assault.

1-22 – Theft over $50 and under $500 – 2400 block of Warwick Avenue – A homeowner reported someone took an item valued at an estimated $129 from their residence.

1-22 – Theft over $1,500 and under $20,000 – 5000 block of Range Wood Drive – A homeowner reported a known suspect took cash, purses, clothing and other items valued at an estimated $2,800 from a residence.

1-23 – Arrest – 3400 block of Peters Colony Road – Two 17-year-olds were arrested in connection with two warrants each as well as additional onsite charges for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance less than 28 grams.

1-23 – Arrest – 3700 block of Long Prairie Road – A 26-year-old woman was arrested in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and an outstanding warrant for no liability insurance out of Plano.

1-23 – Burglary of Vehicle – 3100 block of Churchill Drive – An individual reported someone took an item from their vehicle while it was in a parking lot.

1-23 – Burglary of Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse – 3100 block of Churchill Drive – An individual reported someone took two purses, a gift card, credit cards, cash and other identification worth an estimated  $393 from their vehicle.

1-23 – Burglary of Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse – 3100 block of Churchill Drive – An individual reported someone took a purse valued at an estimated $45 and credit cards from their vehicle.

1-23 – Criminal Mischief over $50 and under $500 – 4800 block of Briar Creek Drive – An individual reported someone caused damages to their vehicle while parked at their residence.

1-24 – Theft of Firearm – 4400 block of Glen Oaks Drive – An individual reported a known suspect took several firearms valued at an estimated $500 from a residence.

1-24 – Burglary of Vehicle – 4200 block of U.S. Hwy. 377 – An individual reported someone took two purses with credit cards and other identification from a vehicle while it was parked at a playground. Total value of the missing items was estimated at $95.

1-24 – Burglary of Vehicle – 4200 block of U.S. 377 – Several individual reported someone took an estimated $377 worth of clothing and other items from a vehicle in a parking lot.

1-24 – Arrest – 2900 block of Peters Colony Road – A 51-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container.

1-25 – Arrest – 4700 block of Shelly Drive – A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with a warrant out of Irving for public intoxication, two warrants out of Dallas – one for a traffic violation and another for no liability insurance – and a warrant out of Williamson County for a traffic violation.

1-25 – Arrest – 2600 block of Firewheel Drive – A 33-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of driving while intoxicated (third or more offense.)

1-25 – Arrest – 3200 block of Justin Road – An 18-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were arrested in connection with a charge each for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

1-25 – Arrest – 3600 block of Lofty Pines Drive – A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with a warrant out of Denton County for assault causes bodily injury/family violence and a warrant out of Carrollton for possession of drug paraphernalia.

1-25 – Arrest – Cross Timbers Road at Flower Mound Road – A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

1-26 – Theft of Property over $500 and under $1,500 – An individual reported a known suspect stole a drug valued at an estimated $581.39.

1-26 – Arrest – 2500 block of Firewheel Drive – A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

1-27 – Burglary of Vehicle – 3700 block of Flower Mound Road – An individual reported someone took two purses, cash, a camera, a checkbook, credit cards and other items from a vehicle while at a business parking lot. The missing items were valued at an estimated $523.

1-27 – Burglary of Vehicle – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – An individual reported someone took two purses, cash, earrings, credit cards and other items from a vehicle while parked at a daycare facility. The missing items were valued at an estimated $1,055.

1-27 – Arrest – 3400 block of Long Prairie Road – A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with charges of driving while license suspended with a previous conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1-27 – Arrest – 2100 block of Justin Road – A 24-year-old woman was arrested in connection with a warrant for assault causes bodily injury/family violence out of Denton County and two warrants out of Carrollton – one for a non-traffic violation and one of possession of drug paraphernalia.

1-28 – Theft over $50 and under $500 – 2900 block of Cross Timbers Road – An individual reported a known suspect took an estimated $200 in cash from a restaurant.

1-28 – Arrest – 1100 block of Flower Mound Road – A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with two charges of forgery financial instrument.

1-28 – Arrest – 600 block of Hickory Street in Denton – A 35-year-old woman was arrested in connection with Flower Mound warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

1-29 – Arrest – 3400 block of Camden Drive – A 40-year-old woman was arrested in connection with a charge of driving while intoxicated.

1-29 – Arrest – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 17-year-old man was arrested in connection with three warrants for theft under $50, public intoxication under age 21 and failure to appear.

1-29 – Theft over $50 and under $500 – 1700 block of Timber Creek Road – A resident reported someone took a tire valued at $100 from the residence.
