A Flower Mound man is behind bars after police said he went on a mini-crime spree in his own neighborhood.
Seth Austin Grant, 21, of the Steeplechase at Bridlewood neighborhood was arrested Wednesday morning after police tracked an electronic device taken from a vehicle on Fairway Drive to his house on Vintage Place.
A search turned up $9,470 in stolen property, including items taken in a home burglary on Calloway Court. Police returned the items to their rightful owners.
Grant was charged with burglary of a vehicle and burglary of a habitation.
