I am a retired Police Officer and spent the majority of my career with the Dallas Police Department. As the former President of the North Texas Crime Prevention Association I came to know Denton County Pct. 1 Constable Jesse Flores as an active member of the NTCPA back when he was with the Lewisville Police Department. I quickly came to realize what an exceptional law enforcement officer he is and the mutual respect he had from law enforcement agencies and officers from across North Texas.
Respect amongst peers in law enforcement is an essential and utmost element for leadership in law enforcement and I can guarantee that Constable Flores has that respect hands down. I’ve witnessed it personally first hand and know without a shadow of a doubt that he leads by example in his personal and professional life.
In 20 plus years in law enforcement Constable Flores has one of the cleanest and most impeccable records I have ever seen. When it comes to integrity I put Constable Flores at the top of my list out of the thousands of officers I know. What impresses me the most about him is that I have seen how near and dear he places the citizens to his heart. Law enforcement never appears as a job to him but as a forum for him to serve his fellow man.
