Lantana mom finally finds the secret to a youthful body

You know exercise is good for you, but do you know how good?  From enhancing mood to combating health conditions and diseases… and energy boosting!

All of her adult life, Marilyn “Kiki” Sullivan has been concerned with diet and exercise – because she knew that the benefits of eating right and physical activity played an increasingly important role in how well you age and feel.

As a new wife and mother, she joined a group to help her with accountability.  She successfully lost most of the baby weight after each of her four pregnancies, but she knew exercise was missing.  She began to walk with her sisters, and later, friends.  Throughout the years, she joined many gyms, but like the majority of people, never worked out consistently.

When she moved to Texas, she and a neighbor kept each other motivated to walk 3 to 5 times a week.  In the summertime when it got really hot, she joined Curves.  Kiki says, “It was fun and I enjoyed it, no men, no make-up, no mirrors!  But, not a big calorie burner or metabolism booster!”   She was a member for four years until they closed their Bartonville location. Attending Curves helped her keep moving, but while still dieting, she never saw improvement in her figure.

By the time her youngest child graduated and moved out, Kiki was done with dieting!  When one of her daughters announced her wedding plans, it was time for Kiki to get serious and moving again.  Kiki says, “I decided to give Argyle Adventure Boot Camp a try… and I loved it.  Three times a week, I rolled out of bed to a challenging, exhilarating workout with friendly, helpful instructors and campmates.  I was having fun.  I was able to go at my own pace and often opted for low impact choices.  I signed on for a one-year program!”

Kiki continues, “The 5:30 a.m. schedule was tough on me, so in January, when Norma Zitterkopf took over as our fearless leader, I was thrilled to see that she was offering a camp at 8:30 a.m.  I invited my 25 year-old daughter, Brianne, to join me. She loved it so much that she signed on for a year also.  We love that the workouts are fun and different every day.  Norma breaks up our drills so that we get in our required sets and reps, things move quickly and we have a lot of fun.”

Kiki loves the 4 weeks on and 1 week off schedule – it allows her to schedule out-of-town obligations and to not miss her workouts.

Coach Norma comments, “Kiki has been a pleasure to work with.  She is determined not to let anything stand in her way – she shows up to every workout smiling and a great attitude – rain or shine!  Her determination paid off – she is stronger, firmer and leaner… and looking younger!”

Kiki adds, “It’s all about personal goals and I want to be healthy and strong as I get older.  With this program, I saw results right away – I have a waistline, toned arms and legs, and my bra fat has melted away!  Want to feel better, have more energy and perhaps even live longer?  Look no further!   I invite you to join me and my friends at Argyle Adventure Boot Camp.  The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore.  And the benefits of exercise are ours for the taking, regardless of your age, sex or physical ability.”

Coach Norma says, “The body is an amazing miracle and at any time will respond to how we treat it – good or bad.  NOW, is the perfect time to begin regenerating healthy cells, releasing fat, eliminating toxins, getting your heart pumping, boosting energy, building strong sexy muscle and walking in ultimate health.”

As we wrapped up our July Camp on the last day as campers were checking in; the average weight loss was 11 pounds, with 5 less inches and 5 percent less body fat.

With the belief that’s its possible, the right program and the accountability to follow through, everyone can make positive change regardless of their current state of health – or lack of it.  Lifestyle diseases are now the number one killers, but it does not have to be that way.

I invite everyone to commit to living in excellent health.
