Marcus boys shutout L.D. Bell in soccer playoffs

The Marcus boys soccer team advanced to the area round of the playoffs Thursday evening, defeating Hurst L.D. Bell 2-0 in their bi-district match up.

Kyle Spraker and Victor Villareal each scored in the game for the Marauders, as Marcus improved to 19-2-2 on the season with the victory.

Marcus will take on Belton in the area round at a time and date to be determined.
