Lady Warriors move on with convincing victory

The Liberty Christian girls are headed to the second round of the playoffs after defeating Houston St. Pius X 47-27 on Friday night.

Rebekah Hand led the team in scoring with 10 points, while Hannah Hand scored nine points in the game.

Rayvon Christian, Kendall Ellig, and Sydney Goodson each had eight points.

Aly Gardner and Maggie Quam each had two points in the game.

Liberty Christian will take on the winner of the Houston Duchesne Academy and San Antonio Antonian at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the A&M Consolidated High School gym.
