Lantana Briefs

New Neighborhoods Announced

Lantana’s developer, Republic Property Group, announced that a new neighborhood, called Juniper, will break ground in the next 3 to 6 months on the east side of Stacee Lane across from Madison.

It will essentially be a replacement for Madison with the same product and prices.

There will be between 32 and 38 lots with Highland Homes and Ashton Woods Homes as the homebuilders.

Republic also announced that construction will start on the second phase of Kendall in the next 90 days. Kendall is located just east of Crescent off of Golf Club Drive.
