Local business and civic leaders joined to celebrate the reopening of Flower Mound’s Bridlewood Golf Club on November 11.

The 14-year old club designed by former PGA star D.A. Weibring’s Golf Resources Group was recently purchased by Austin, Texas-based Dominion Golf Group, which also owns Lantana Golf Club and four other clubs in Texas.

Bridlewood was closed in September prior to the sale and the course underwent extensive renovations.

Former PGA Tour player and University of Texas star Matt Brost was named as the club’s new General Manager.
