Vinyasa yoga studio opens in Highland Village

Downward Facing Dog, Crow, Crescent Moon, Eagle, and Namaste are a few terms now heard around The Shops of Highland Village with the opening of Inspire Yoga Studio, the area’s first yoga studio.

According to Bethaney Pilat, registered yoga teacher (RYT) and Inspire Yoga’s owner, Vinyasa and other yoga disciplines are taught through classes and private instruction.

“Inspire Yoga is another great addition to the wellness and personal development options at The Shops at Highland Village,” said Kelly Smith, the center’s Consumer Marketing Manager.

“We are pleased to welcome Bethaney, her students and customers to the shopping center. Inspire Yoga will offer classes for the beginner to advanced student, small group personal training, and health and wellness coaching to help clients achieve greater whole body fitness.”

Pilat’s studio primarily features Vinyasa yoga, one of the most commonly practiced yoga styles in the United States. Also referred to as “flow” yoga, the classes focus on breathing and almost dance-like movement.

The studio features special instruction and guest teachers who practice other forms of yoga and wellness, as well as cleanse and detox methods.

The 1,750 square foot class and retail space has a staff of several instructors with open classrooms, private consultation and instruction space, plus merchandise areas.

Visit the website for class times and schedule at www.inspireyogastudio.com. Private instruction is available by appointment. For more information, contact Bethaney Pilat at 972.505.9764 or email [email protected].
