Parker Square lands talent development company

Annandale Real Estate announced today that Actors, Models & Talent for Christ (AMTC) has signed a lease to occupy 6,000 square feet at Parker Square in Flower Mound.

AMTC began over 28 years ago as the dream of New York Cover Girl, Millie Lewis, and her daughter, Carey Lewis Arban. Millie and Carey created AMTC to give new talent a positive, safe, and effective entry into national careers, building knowledge and self-esteem in the process. The organization’s mission is to educate and promote actors, models, singers, and dancers to become stars of film, fashion, and theatre.

AMTC is headquartered in Tyrone, GA, just south of Atlanta. The new Parker Square location is the first such venture for the company in Texas.

Local real estate broker, Curtis Shore, was the Tenant Representative for AMTC and commented that, “This location best fits my client’s criteria for their market presence and expansion.”

Located at 1500 Cross Timbers Road, the 345,800 square foot mixed-use center opened in 1998.
