Coach Kelli: Get Paid $1,000 to Get Fit!

Argyle Adventure Boot Camp is offering a $1,000 cash prize, plus an envelope filled with gift cards to the man who has the most dramatic fitness transformation in 15 weeks.

September marks the two year anniversary of the men’s boot camp in Argyle and to celebrate, we are inviting 22 men in Denton County to join in and experience first hand the fantastic results.

In the past 24 months, dozens of men have come through the program and experienced not only significant fat loss, but a smaller and flatter waist, tighter arms,  a stronger lower back, improved cardiovascular performance, reduced pain, eliminated medication, gained better posture, enhanced flexibility, gained strength, achieved outstanding blood chemistries and they look and feel 10 years younger.

Several of the guys including Mark Loder, Stuart Welsh and Greg Cashen have been there since the very first camp. They say it’s addicting and they enjoy the companionship, the accountability to coach Brad Jurica of Lantana and the high levels of fitness that they now enjoy.

All of the men in camp have professional and family demands including traveling, but they find that when they attend camp on a regular basis, they feel better about themselves, have a great outlet for stress relief, have exceptional stamina and know they are in a superior position to handle the demands of life.

The 15 weeks will begin with a kick off seminar on Monday night, September 6th, at 7:00 PM where the participants will receive the tools to enhance their results, including tips for eating out, creating fat burning meals and optimal hydration.  The night will conclude with a brief fitness assessment and photos.  Then the workouts begin on Tuesday morning from 5:30 – 6:30 AM.  Contestants will have the option to workout 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

Each day after a body enhancing workout, Coach Brad will support the campers with an e-mail that empowers them to make the healthiest choices. The topics may range from mental toughness and health (which Brad specializes in) to proper running shoes, quality sleep, muscle recovery, nutrition secrets and more.  Coach Brad will also review food logs and give feedback to optimize your choices.  Each Friday there will be an option to weigh in and check your progress.  Every 4 weeks measurements will be re-taken to track your improvements.

Participants will be judged on the most significant changes to body weight, percentage of body fat, speed, muscle endurance, inches lost and photos.  A panel of judges will determine the winner which may not necessarily be the person who loses the most weight.  This contest is also for men who are normal weight, but need to gain strength, improve cardiovascular conditioning and increase speed.  Any body type or level of fitness has a fair chance to win.

The maximum number of people accepted to enroll will be 22, giving each candidate a very good chance to win.  Ultimately everyone wins if they show up for 15 weeks and give the program their best effort, as optimal health and fitness is everyone’s greatest asset.

In addition to the $1,000 cash prize some of the products and services that will be given away include gift certificates from Foot Solutions, Dicks Sporting Goods, Tour 18 Golf, Kangen Water, Nutritional Consultations, Boardroom Salon for Men, food, health screenings and more.

The contest begins on Tuesday September 7th and ends on December 17th, just in time to enjoy the Christmas holidays in a new, improved and younger looking body.  Fitness classes are hosted at Liberty Christian School on Hwy 377 in Argyle.

There are also openings in the women’s camp and many couples choose to workout out at the same time.  Spouses receive a 25% discount.

To find out more and register for this contest go to www.ArgyleBootCamp.com or e-mail [email protected] or call Kelli Calabrese at 817-490-1296.  These 22 spots will fill up fast!
