Scooper Duper

Members of the Highland Village Fire Department scooped ice cream on Wednesday evening during 31 Cent Scoop Night at the new Baskin-Robbins location in the Tom Thumb Shopping Center at FM 407 and Morriss. Baskin-Robbins stores across the country hold the event annually to honor firefighters.
