Get ready for another arctic blast.
The Cross Timbers Gazette’s resident Meteorologist Brad Barton said that a cold wave affecting virtually everyone from the Rockies eastward – with the exception of Deep South Texas and Southern Florida – is expected to make its way into southern Denton County later this week.
Highs could be near 30 with lows in the low teens between Thursday and Saturday. So far, the probability of precipitation is low.
The frigid temps come on the heels of one of the coldest Decembers in recent memory, according to Barton.
